MAISON ships to select destinations worldwide. Shipping costs, delivery times, and available methods are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, MAISON is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your MAISON purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Certain items, including final sale merchandise, intimate apparel, swimwear, and personalized or monogrammed items, are not eligible for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
