Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

MAISON is proud to offer reliable, carefully handled shipping across the United States. Every order is thoughtfully packaged to ensure your pieces arrive in pristine condition. We offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $12.00
  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $25.00
  • Next-Day Shipping (1 business day): $40.00

All delivery timeframes are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Complimentary Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $200. This threshold applies to the order subtotal before taxes. No promo code is needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. For orders under $200, you may upgrade to express or next-day shipping at the rates listed above.

International Shipping

MAISON ships to select international destinations. We currently offer delivery to the following regions:

  • Canada: 7–12 business days — from $18.00
  • United Kingdom & European Union: 10–15 business days — from $25.00
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–18 business days — from $30.00
  • Asia-Pacific: 10–20 business days — from $28.00

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost or order total displayed at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons — including holiday periods and collection launches — processing times may extend by an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number and email address. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, MAISON is unable to ship to the following:

  • P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses (for express and next-day shipments).
  • Freight forwarding addresses.
  • Countries or regions subject to international trade sanctions.

Standard shipping is available to P.O. boxes within the United States. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact our team before placing your order.

Holiday Shipping

During holiday periods, we recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery. MAISON will publish recommended order-by dates on our website and social media channels ahead of major holidays, including:

  • Valentine's Day
  • Mother's Day
  • Black Friday & Cyber Monday
  • Christmas & Hanukkah

Carrier delays during peak holiday seasons are outside of MAISON's control. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to select express or next-day shipping if your order is time-sensitive.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:

  • Check your tracking information for the most recent status update.
  • Verify that the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for an updated delivery estimate.

If your package has not been located after 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to our client care team. MAISON will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
